Customer Experience Help Access

Obtaining an SAP User ID

The process for obtaining an S-User ID varies depending on whether you are a customer or partner.

  • Customers:
    • Contact the super administrator of your company. If you do not know who the super administrator of your company is, please call the Customer Interaction Center (CIC). They will tell you who your super administrator is.
  • Partner:
    • Contact your company security manager (administrator).

Resetting Your Password

If you have an S-User ID:

  1. Click the Forgot password link on the Customer Experience Help login page or on https://accounts.sap.com
  2. In the E-mail / User Name / User ID field, enter your S-User ID and click the Send button.

An email with a reset password link will be sent to the email address linked to your S-User ID.

If you have a partner P-User ID (obtained through self-registration on PartnerEdge):

  1. Click the Forgot password link on the Customer Experience Help login page or on https://accounts.sap.com
  2. In the E-mail / User Name / User ID field, enter your P-User ID or email address and click the Send button.

An email with a reset password link will be sent to the email address linked to your P-User ID.

Note: If you have a public P-User ID and try to reset your password through the Customer Experience Help login page, you will not receive any email.
